Sellers Are Responsible for Shipping
Each seller sets their own shipping rates, methods, and timelines.
General Expectations
- Ship orders on time
- Use real packaging (not grocery bags)
- Provide tracking for anything over $50
- Mark items as shipped promptly
- Don't lie about shipping times - karma is real
Lost Packages
- If the carrier loses it, the seller works with the buyer to resolve it.
- We step in if someone ghosts.
International Shipping
Allowed, but sellers must clearly list:
- Countries they ship to
- Customs expectations
- Any extra fees
