pimps.com is a marketplace - meaning each seller runs their own shop and sets their own return policies.
How It Works
- Buyers contact the seller directly
- Sellers must clearly list their return/refund policy
- If a seller ghosts a buyer, we step in
- If a buyer is being dramatic, we step in
- If both are being dramatic, we bring snacks
Not Eligible for Returns
- Digital downloads
- Custom commissions
- Items damaged by "my dog ate it"
- Buyer's remorse
Eligible for Returns (Usually)
- Wrong item
- Damaged item
- Item not as described
Refunds
- Handled by the seller.
- We don't touch your money unless absolutely necessary.
